Nice community. Friendly neighbors. New management is helpful. Maintenance is awful. Highlighted on news with the storm.

The apartments are okay. I give the apartments 3 out of 5. The maintenance 0 out of 5. We live in N104 and the maintenance came to fix the front door and made it worse. We asked for new filters and it...
