I used to live there a few years ago when it was called Nueva Vista. It needed love. Then the new owners arrived. They started making wonderful changes. The foyer looks incredibly nice and welcoming....

The resident manager, Alicia, is absolutely wonderful! She is friendly, attentive, she has great communication, and works hard to improve the complex and make it feel welcoming.
