The move-in was great. Everything went pretty smooth. Only thing I had an issue with was some of the maintenance in the apartment was not too great. Shower rods not screwed in toilet. Plumbing wasn't ...

Walnut Apts were NOT for me.
3 years w/ FPI Management locally has been good -to- perfect.
Application criteria, lease agreement renewals, maintenance, & crazy fees ..... all seem about right.
